Riding on the success of the inaugural edition, Asian E-Tailing Summit will cover a wide range of topics including how evolving e-tailing ecosystem fuels business growth and how the Belt and Road Initiative drives cross-border e-commerce activities in ASEAN and beyond. Ngong Ping 360 is Hong Kong’s unique tourist attraction. It combines a 5.7km cableway between Tung Chung and Ngong Ping with an impressive traditional Chinese culturally-themed village with easy access to the Big Buddha. The 25-minute cable car journey showcases spectacular views of North Lantau Country Park, Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the South China Sea.
Tai Kwun is the centre for heritage and arts, a place of inspiration, stimulation and enjoyment. Tai Kwun aspires to offer the best heritage and arts experiences, and to cultivate knowledge and appreciation of contemporary art, performing arts and history in the community.
It is situated in the restored Central Police Station compound, one of the most significant revitalisation projects in Hong Kong, comprising three declared monuments—the former Central Police Station, Central Magistracy and Victoria Prison.
Established in 1934 and renovated in Tang dynasty style in 1990, the Chi Lin Nunnery is a large temple complex of elegant wooden architecture, treasured Buddhist relics and soul-soothing lotus ponds. The complex also includes a series of temple halls, some of which contain gold, clay and wooden statues. Cutting through Diamond Hill’s myriad of high-rise apartments is the tranquil Nan Lian Garden, a park also built in the style of the Tang dynasty. Its scenic garden is meticulously landscaped over an area of 3.5 hectares. There are permanent exhibitions of Chinese timber architecture, rocks and potted plants.
