Lifan Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. is a privately owned Chinese motorcycle and automobile manufacturer headquartered in Chongqing, China. It was founded in 1992 and began the manufacturing of automobiles in 2005.
As of 2016, Lifan Group has more than 10,000 employees. It has been listed in China’s top 500 enterprises, as well as the No.1 exporter in Chongqing’s automobile for the last 10 years. While Lifan made an IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2010, Lifan has set up its office in Hong Kong, to handle its M&A, foreign investment and trade.
The Hong Kong Industrial Park in Chongqing was launched in September 2013. Divided into A, B and C zones, this park mainly caters to light industries such as manufacturing of hardware and electromechanical products, jewellery, toys, garment-making and logistics.
Being part of the Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone (重慶自貿區), Chongqing Western Logistics Park is an inland bonded logistics park and also the departure station of Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe international railway.
Chongqing Tiandi is a complex that includes a prestigious residential area, commercial centre, leisure and entertainment facilities.
It is a landmark in Chongqing which also demonstrated Hong Kong’s advantages in marketing, branding, as well as property management and development.
The steep hillsides of the Dazu area contain an exceptional series of rock carvings dating from the 9th to the 13th century.
