Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd. is the second largest brewery in China. Founded by British and German settlers in Qingdao in 1903, Tsingtao Brewery became the first-ever Chinese company to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1993. That same year, Tsingtao was also listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, making Tsingtao the first Chinese company to be listed in both the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong.
Today, Tsingtao Beer China has a total of 69 breweries all over China and exports to more than 90 countries and regions including the U.S., Japan, Germany, France, UK, Italy, and Canada.
The Port of Qingdao commenced operations in 1892, and was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2014. It is located between the Bohai Rim region and the Yangtze River Delta region, occupying a central position among ports in Northeast Asia. As one of the world largest ports, the Port of Qingdao is an important hub for international trade and transportation. As of 31st Dec 2014, the port of Qingdao has been maintaining shipping routes with over 700 ports in over 180 countries and regions around the world.
Oriental Movie Metropolis is a major Chinese studio, combining film and television production into a theme park. The Metropolis has been funded by Wang Jianlin, head of the Dalian Wanda Group.
Planned to be fully operational in June 2017, the Metropolis will cover 376 hectares. Phase one of construction was completed in June 2016. The Metropolis is also home to a celebrity wax museum, a film museum, an Imax research lab, and movie theaters. It plans to have its own international film festival. 130 films are planned for production each year, including 30 foreign movies.
Formally known as Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works, CRRC Sifang Co., Ltd., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China South Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry Corporation; abbreviated as CRRC). The nationally accredited technology company was founded in 1900.
Since its establishment, the company has focused on R&D, manufacturing and serving of railway locomotive and rolling stock products, making significant contribution to the technology advancement of the Chinese railway locomotive and rolling stock industry.
The company was among Qingdao’s top 50 enterprises in 2015.
Haier Group is a multinational consumer electronics and home appliances company headquartered in Qingdao. They design, develop, manufacture and sell home appliances including air conditioners, mobile phones, computers, microwave ovens, washing machines, refrigerators, and televisions, etc.
According to the data released by Euro monitor, Haier has been the household electrical appliances brand with the highest sales volumes for several consecutive years globally.
Lifan Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. is a privately owned Chinese motorcycle and automobile manufacturer headquartered in Chongqing, China. It was founded in 1992 and began the manufacturing of automobiles in 2005.
As of 2016, Lifan Group has more than 10,000 employees. It has been listed in China’s top 500 enterprises, as well as the No.1 exporter in Chongqing’s automobile for the last 10 years. While Lifan made an IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2010, Lifan has set up its office in Hong Kong, to handle its M&A, foreign investment and trade.

The Hong Kong Industrial Park in Chongqing was launched in September 2013. Divided into A, B and C zones, this park mainly caters to light industries such as manufacturing of hardware and electromechanical products, jewellery, toys, garment-making and logistics.
Being part of the Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone (重慶自貿區), Chongqing Western Logistics Park is an inland bonded logistics park and also the departure station of Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe international railway.

Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. of Zhuhai is a diversified international industrial group, which covers residential air conditioners, central air conditioners, intelligent equipments, home appliances, etc.
Gree’s headquarter is in Zhuhai, with over 80,000 employees. It has established 11 production bases around the world (9 are in China and 2 are in Brazil and Pakistan). Since 2005, Gree has been the No.1 in production and sales volume of residential air conditioners for 13 consecutive years in China. Guzhen, well known as China's Lighting Capital, is the largest lighting production base, and lighting wholesale market in China. In 2016, the total output value of the lighting industry reached RMB 19 billion, accounting for more than 70% of the national market share. The total export value was US 370 million. Products are not only sold in domestic market, but also in overseas markets, including the US., the Middle East, South Africa and Europe.
