Donald Tong is the most senior representative of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government in the U.S.He directs the HKSAR Government’s efforts in promoting U.S.-Hong Kong economic and trade ties, and constituency-building activities in the U.S. and oversees the work of the 3 Hong Kong Economic & Trade offices in the U.S.A.  He is also an Honorary Board Member of the National US Hong Kong Business Association.

 

Stephen Wong

Stephen Wong is the highest ranking executive of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) in North America.  With over 40 offices worldwide, HKTDC is Hong Kong’s official trade promotion organization responsible for promoting its international trade and services.  He oversees the Council’s activities in Canada, U.S.A., Central & South America.  He has an advisory role at the National US Hong Kong Business Association in the capacity of Honorary Board Member.

The Philadelphia Hong Kong Trade Association (PHKTA) was formed on May 31, 2005 in Philadelphia to provide companies housed in the region the networking opportunities and channels of communications needed to compete in the global business arena. Members of PHKTA represent education, banking, real estate, law, import/export, investment, manufacturing and transportation.

In addition to his role as president of the Chinese Chamber in Seattle, president of the Hong Kong Association of Washington, he is also currently the 2009 Chairman of the National US Hong Kong Business Association.
