Huizhou Zhong Kai National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone:
Established in 1992, Zhong Kai is one of the national hi-tech zones approved by the State Council of China. This 320-sq.km area attracted a number of World Top 500 Companies including Sony, LG Siemens, Coca-cola, CREE, etc. In 2009, industrial output of the zone reached RMB63.6 billion.

Qianhai is a 15 sq km reclaimed area in Nanshan District of Shenzhen. The planned express rail link between HK’s and Shenzhen’s airports will have a stop in Qianhai. Da Fen Oil Painting Village is a reputable art base in mainland China in terms of scale of its oil painting industry. In 2004, the Village was named by China Cultural Department as “Cultural Industry Model Base”. There are around 800 shops running painting business and over 5,000 artists and students residing in the area.
The village mainly produces original and imitation paintings, including foreign and national paintings, calligraphy, arts and crafts, sculptures and picture frames.
