Located in the northeast of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guilin has always been a famous historic and cultural city in China.
Guilin is also an up-and-coming industrial city which has already developed a number of pillar industries such as equipment
manufacturing, electronic information, auto and components manufacturing, food products, medicine and bioengineering, rubber products,
and agricultural non-staple processing. Guilin also currently enjoys developmental advantages as one of the three National Tourism

65km away from south Guilin, Yangshuo is a beautiful county embraced by Li River and Yulong River on the outskirts.

Yangshuo West Street has a history of
over 1400 years. Whilst retaining the outlook and structure of a typical southern Chinese city, over the last twenty

Liu Sanjie is a folk heroine in Southern China, best known for using her great singing voice to protest against repressive landlords. “Impressions – Liu Sanjie” is a multimedia show directed by Zhang Yimou (the director for the Olympics ceremonies in China in 2008) and boast a cast of 500, performed against the Li River as backdrop.

Nanning, the capital city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in southern Guangxi. Nanning has become the permanent host city of China-ASEAN Expo. In the meantime, China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone is accelerating its construction. In Jan 2008, the development scheme of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has been included in the national development plan, and Nanning is the center of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
Nanning has the most active service sector in Guangxi, which contributes to about 50% of Nanning’s GDP. Future developments will focus on real estate, tourism, trade, finance, insurance, and exhibition industries, strengthening Nanning’s radiating and driving play for the China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone.
