Option 1: Visit to Modern Terminals
Modern Terminals Limited is a leading operator of world-class container terminal services in the South China region. It was established in 1969 and it built Hong Kong's first purpose-built container terminal in 1972. Option 2: Visit to The 8th Estate Winery
A fully functional urban winery in Hong Kong, the 8th Estate Winery was established by a Canadian in 2007. It operates as a boutique winery in a high-rise on the Hong Kong Island. Frozen grapes are imported from vineyards all over the world and production process begins in Hong Kong in a traditional way. Option 3: Visit to HKCEC Atrium Expansion
The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) Atrium Expansion Project was successfully completed in April 2009, adding 42 per cent more exhibition space - an additional 19,400 square metres - to the HKCEC. It is the heaviest lifting operation ever undertaken in HK's building construction history. Come experience all the secrets behind this record-breaking project!

Option 4: Architecture Walk
Hong Kong offers a wealth of architectural influences and styles just waiting to be discovered. During this walk through Hong Kong’s Central district, you will come to understand the evolution of the city through its buildings. Architect hosts will point out the special characteristics that make each structure unique as well as discussing its relevant history.

The 10th Hong Kong Forum’s grand finale takes place at the oldest market building in Hong Kong, a fitting setting for our 1960s theme night.
