The
Hong Kong Forum is the annual flagship event of the Federation.
It is a conference focusing on business and trade opportunities
to which individual Federation associates from around the world
are invited to join.
The
last Hong Kong Forum took place on Nov 12 and 13, 2002 at the
Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. The programme included
plenary session on federation issues, panel discussion of doing
business in China, networking luncheon with Hong Kong companies,
company visits, trade matching appointments and a side trip
to the Pearl River Delta. The group was also received by the
Chief Executive of HKSAR.
The Federation
associates are keen to gather first hand information of Hong
Kong's latest development and to look for partnership opportunities
with Hong Kong companies to tap the market in China. About
230 associates joined the event.
