One of the greatest values of the Federation is that it houses 31 Hong Kong business associations around the world and thus offers a ‘shared drive’ for these member associations to learn from and share with each other regarding the valuable experiences they have gained in running the associations, such as new initiatives, formats and contents of activities, administration and organisation structure.

For second year now we have the Outstanding Initiative Award, but a breakthrough this year is the global survey gathering success factors and challenges faced by the member associations.

Member associations are bridged and brought into long lasting ties under the umbrella of the Federation network
 

When it comes to innovativeness, some hidden dragons were discovered through the Federation’s Outstanding Initiative Award.  In 2006, the entries were indeed very inspiring especially when you plan for your activities or new initiatives!
